With the month almost half over, I think it's about time we reveal our NaNoRenO entry.
Dubbed "Still Life", the storyline focuses on the ordeals suffered by two parentless children, brother and sister, as they struggle to survive on their meager sums of money after a horrific automobile crash which leaves the sister paralyzed and the brother quickly becoming indebted to the hospital.
Expect some Mio Yukko-tier art, music, graphics, and programming, as well as our try-hard attempts at generating feels.

Getting Serious

Excusing my post about Heroine 03, I think it's about time we get a little more professional with this project. As of right now, the following is our character cast, not including all of the various side characters which we plan to include:

Shinji ??? - Protagonist
Kanoko ??? - Heroine
Airi Lange - Heroine
Saki Hill - Heroine
Kazuma Kurosawa - Hero
Victor ??? - Hero
Shiki ??? - Hero

The visual novel will consist of 5-6 paths. Each female will have one path dedicated towards them, with either one or two paths dedicated towards the males. There will also be a final path tying up the story, unlocked after playing through everything else.

Setting

Well, I suppose it's setting explanation time.

On a dark and stormy night...

Once upon a time...

The story is set in an alternate universe, 2012.Typical utopia setting, which obviously turns out to be false, as most of the countries of the world are scheming behind the other's backs, like serial rapists wooing in helpless shotas to brutally lick. Anyhow, this alternate universe has magic and all that jazz, as well as people born with special abilities and accompanying curses. The protagonist lives in one of the more corrupt countries on the planet, which owns its own penal colony where it sends any politicians and people against the regime to, as well as criminals, naturally. The story begins on this penal colony, where the protagonist is sentenced after being accused of murdering his wealthy father who mysteriously committed suicide. The penal colony, nicknamed "Dystopia" by the people of the world, is a fun-loving island, full of gangs and dangerous objects, such as guns. There are also normal civilian shops, apartments, and schools. Our humble, super bishie protagonist, Shinji Ikari, naturally having 42 waifus and the ability to engage in "piston-like" sexual intercourse, is a student who goes to one of these schools.

Introductions P1

Ahem~, so it's been an entire week since this blog was created and none of you nonexistent readers probably even know what this entire project is about.It might even seem like we're just screwing around here. Ignoring all of that, I think it's about time I introduce myself.

I go by the username "Yocto Yotta", or just "Yocto" for short, and my main interests include PowerPoint, alliteration, lolis, traps, and the implied anime/manga/VNs. Despite the fact that I'm one of the writers in this group, I'm a horrible PR and maintaining this blog is something that I'm only doing until somebody else decides to step up and do it for me, and by "somebody else", I mean the only one other person in this studio. Anyhow, I suppose that should be good enough for an introduction.

Heroine 03

Like a flying giraffe flying in the flight of fly-like winter as it flies fly-like as if flying, Leaflet Studios proudly presents its fifth character: Heroine 03.

Now, you may be asking: "Where is the first heroine? The second heroine? The third and fourth characters? Why is the sketch labeled with a '#2'?"

Well, I don't really know the answers to any of these questions, but here's our third heroine. Cheers!
